From lead generation to creating and maintaining client relationships we are focused on the entire borrower experience. As others within the Fintech space are disrupting antiquated industries such as banking, investments and financial planning we are looking for alternate ways to work within lending.

Our key advantage is that we’ve sourced banking and lending relationships which are categorized by their specific strengths. That can be by the loan products they offer, pricing, and ability to close transactions quickly. We constantly monitor each experience and are not contracted to anyone, so we can always make our borrowers, our first priority. Here are some of the loan products we offer –

Residential Real Estate:

  1. Conventional, FHA, VA, and Jumbo

  2. Portfolio: Bank statement only, Foreign National, Self-Employed Profit & Loss, Derogatory Credit, Asset Depletion, etc.

  3. Fix and Flip: Loan amounts from $100,000 – $10,000,000


  1. FHA Construction Loan: Up to 87% LTV available on a low fixed loan amortized for 40 years but takes 1 year to fund.

  2. Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac: 25 year amortized 10 year fixed non-recourse.


  1. SBA 7a and 504

  2. Traditional bank to institutional
